SUSPICION over 3,000.000, THIS MAGIC MOMENT over 6,500,000 and SAVE THE LAST DANCE FOR ME has now clocked up more than a staggering 7,000,000 plays! SAVE THE LAST DANCE FOR ME is one of the 25 Most Performed Songs of All Time and was inducted into the Grammy Hall Of Fame As A Recording Of Lasting, Qualitative And Historical Significance; It was also nominated for Grammy Song Of The Year in 1960 and ranked 182 on Rolling Stones Songs of All Time. In 1992, Mort was elected into The Songwriter´s Hall of Fame. In March 2010 Mort was inducted into The Rock And Roll Hall of Fame in New York.
